国际部病房与门诊分别位于综合大楼十三与十四楼层，环境整洁，布置温馨。

国际部病房共有二十个独立房间，以全科医疗为特色的儿科全科医护团队具有丰富临床经验、同质化医疗水准，采用“以家庭为中心”的医疗护理模式，满足患者多样医疗需求。可提供多达二十余家主流商业医疗保险公司直付结算业务，简化付费环节，提高就医效率，为患者提供全方位的连续的关爱与照护。

国际部门诊汇聚院部优质专家资源及儿科全科医师，内设儿科全科门诊、各专科专家门诊、健康检查门诊、疫苗门诊门诊、中西医结核门诊等多种门诊，并提供多种预约方式，配有独立的挂号收费，取药，检验，引导就医等一站式服务，为患者提供方便、快捷的就医方式及温馨、贴心的就诊服务。

International Medical Department of SCMC

The International Medical Department of Shanghai Children's Medical Center(SCMC-IMD), affiliated to Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine was founded in December 2001. It is among the earliest medical institutions to provide foreign-related  medical services. Over the past 20 years, SCMC-IMD has provided high-quality and satisfactory medical services for children aged 0-18 years old all over the world. 

SCMC-IMD provides a wide range of medical services, including general paediatric clinic, specialist paediatric clinic, observation unit, ward, surgery and well child check-up clinic to meet the diverse needs of patients. 20 single rooms with colorful, family-style decoration and modern facilities are offered in the international ward. To respect patient’s privacy, doctors and patients may discuss patient's medical affairs in a private conference room. Otherwise, we advocate the model of "family-centered" care which meets the diverse medical needs of patients.

From 2020, The international Medical Department has moved into the 13th and 14th floors of the Medical Complex Building (Building NO.2). With bright, spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable enviroment, We has more than 40 specialized medical services include departments of general surgery, orthopedics, dermatology and so on. All departments have advance technology and abundant medical resources, and most well-known doctors with overseas experiences will by side to meet patient’s health needs. Nurses and medical technicians are selected very carefully and all have the strong skills in English communication with our foreign friends. In addition, we also provide personal guides who will assist you throughout your visit to the clinic, from registration to medication delivery and scheduling for follow-up visits.

We have collaborated with all major insurance companies to provide direct billing services for patients convenience.

In June 2020, we started to provide a new medical service program named “Child Health Checkup” which aims at personalized healthcare instruction for children of all ages. Regular health checks are an important method to track your baby's well-being, growth and development. This new program has been very popular in Shanghai, and several organization has indicated the willingness to cooperation.
